Basement Renovation

These are two before pictures that I managed to remember to get before we started. The customers wanted a large multi-purpose area, a bathroom and a playroom for their children. The playroom is not shown in these pictures.

Bathroom is located behind the door to the left. A closet in the rear conceals the electric panel. The closet to the right conceals the hvac unit that we added for this remodel under the stairs.

The floor is 18x18" travertine set on diagonal.

A quick shot of the travertine shower that we placed in the bathroom. Simple and nice.

Project cost was around $57,000.
