Marble Bath

Cast iron tub that we kept from an old remodel for our new remodel. Panels below to match cabinet doors.
Cabinet was also kept from a previous remodel for our new remodel. A new top was used but the existing cast iron sinks were reused. A beveled mirror was placed above and we made a custom frame to closely resemble the oil-rubbed bronze finish of the fixtures.

Curb-less shower, 1/2" glass door, custom built teak bench make up this shower.

Showers w/out Doors

The above picture shows a half wall with glass above but without the door. The lower picture shows a taller wall but without glass and again without the door. Nice glass doors are expensive and less expensive glass doors may cheapen the project so this is an alternative that two of our customers chose. Both showers have the valve on the inside of the half walls so one can easily reach inside to warm the water.

Basement Renovation

These are two before pictures that I managed to remember to get before we started. The customers wanted a large multi-purpose area, a bathroom and a playroom for their children. The playroom is not shown in these pictures.

Bathroom is located behind the door to the left. A closet in the rear conceals the electric panel. The closet to the right conceals the hvac unit that we added for this remodel under the stairs.

The floor is 18x18" travertine set on diagonal.

A quick shot of the travertine shower that we placed in the bathroom. Simple and nice.
Project cost was around $57,000.

Master Bath

A view from the master bedroom into the bath.
A short entrance into the bath area gives entrance to a closet on the right and left. The top is granite with undermount sinks. The window is nice to have but provided a challenge in terms of space.

A view into the master shower and one of the two closets.
Travertine is used in this shower. Two niches provide room for necessities.
A simple bench is positioned in the back of the shower for convenience.

Travertine Shower

This photo shows the shower door installed. This is the completed shower with a total of four body sprays, one rain dome and one standard shower head. A bench with two body sprays is hidden around the left corner. Ben was the mastermind behind this piece of work.

Photo taken near completion.
We also built cubbies to the left of the shower for towels and other items as opposed to a closet.

This is a photo taken before the tile was installed. The shower is waterproofed in the typical manner but a red-gard (looks like red paint but feels like rubber) is applied to the surface due to all of the shower sprays as an extra measure of protection.
